May 28th 2025 - Demolition Complete
Another key milestone reached - demolition is now complete at the future site of Ellis Residences. With the groundwork cleared, we’re ready to move into the next phase of construction. This progress brings us one step closer to bringing 18 architecturally designed, premium apartments to life in the heart of St Ives.

May 1st 2025 - Construction Commenced
“We’re immensely proud to announce that construction is now underway at Ellis Residences,” said Josh Thompson, Managing Director of Inca Group. “With our internal delivery arm, GOP Constructions, as builder, we’re continuing our track record of delivering premium residential projects with precision and care. This also reflects the benefit of managing both development and construction in-house—giving us complete oversight across every detail.”

As the internal delivery arm of Inca Group, GOP brings a deep understanding of the project vision and an unwavering commitment to quality. With development and construction managed in-house, we’re ensuring seamless execution and full accountability from start to finish.
This milestone marks a pivotal step forward in delivering this boutique collection of 18 luxury residences in St Ives.

At the helm of GOP Constructions is Managing Director Glenn Pope. With over 25 years of hands-on experience, Glenn has progressed from his beginnings as a carpentry apprentice to leading the successful delivery of INCA’s projects. His practical approach and commitment to quality drive the standard across the entire construction team.
